We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our hike up Adams Peak, as it was easy to get to from Hatton with the public bus stopping right outside. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious and gave us the energy we needed for our trek. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner even took us to the start of the trail in the middle of the night. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the lake, allowing us to easily explore the area.
Absolutely nothing.

Ayos Hill is a convenient base for families with small kids wanting to climb Adam's Peak. the hotel's location is near the city center, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and colorful, providing a pleasant stay. the staff is helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel safe and reassured. the hotel offers a free shuttle to Adam's Peak, saving visitors the hassle of arranging transportation.
One downside is that the hotel's restaurant can be noisy at times, which can disrupt guests' sleep, especially if they have an early start for the climb.

The location was stunning, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for things to do in the area. We were also pleased with the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food.
There were several negative aspects to our stay. the room we stayed in was not up to our expectations.

The room we stayed in had a private entrance, which made it feel like our own little hideaway. It had a seating area where we could unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. The deep soaking bathtub in the private bathroom was a luxurious touch, perfect for a soothing soak. The free internet was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The tile/marble floor in the double room gave it a clean and elegant feel. The balcony in the double room provided a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The fact that the triple room had a dishwasher and electric kettle made our stay even more convenient. The bathrobe in the double room added an extra touch of comfort and luxury.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the double room having a bathrobe. But I can see how others might enjoy it.

I recently stayed at Ayos Hill for one night before hiking Adams Peak. The location was perfect and they even provided a buffet dinner upon our late arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they offered a free shuttle to the starting point of the trek at 2.30am. They also arranged for a delicious buffet breakfast upon our return. The tuk tuk driver recommended by the hotel, Ramar, was fantastic and took us to Nuwara Elyia, stopping at interesting places along the way. a great hotel with friendly staff, good food, and convenient shuttle service.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those planning to hike Adam's Peak. It is easy to get to from Hatton, with a public bus stop right outside. the hotel is situated up in the mountain, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. it is conveniently located near the city center and offers a beautiful view of the lake. the service provided by the staff was helpful and accommodating, including transportation to the start of the hiking trail and organizing transportation with a friendly tuktuk driver. the hotel also offers a buffet, style breakfast and dinner, ensuring guests are well, fed before and after their trek.
The bathroom had a moldy ceiling, making it uncomfortable to use without wearing flip, flops.
